2026 Training Forum
The AFPM Training Forum brings together professionals with training responsibilities to exchange insights and best practices on industry training and safety. This year’s theme, Level Up Your Learning, will feature interactive discussions, breakout sessions, networking, and content focused on trainer skills, training strategy, immersive learning, emerging technologies such as XR and AI, and tools available through the new MyAFPM Portal.

2026 Walk the Line Workshop
Walk the Line provides operators with tools to better understand the current operating state of the plant through Operating Culture, Operational Continuity through Operational Discipline, and Operational Readiness. This year’s workshop will focus on Execution Excellence in the Field, including the WTL toolbox, hazard recognition, incident sharing, operating company practice shares, technology tools, breakout discussions, and action plan development.
